Shipping
Orders received Monday - Friday before 5:00 PM MST, will ship by the next business day. Orders received after 5:00 PM on Friday will ship the following Monday. Odyssey uses USPS Priority Mail Service with delivery confirmation. Gift Wrap is available upon request.

Returns & Replacements
Refunds will be issued on returns shipped back to us within 14 days of the original shipment. Refunds will be for the merchandise total only and will always be processed back to the original payment method. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days of shipment. Return instructions will be included with the orders.

All returns must be in the same condition as they were originally received. Please keep in mind that Odyssey will carefully inspect all items before they are sent out. We will not accept any returns that have been worn, dirty, damaged or have any type of fragrance or order (e.g., perfume, cigarette smoke, pet order).
